• Level access at back door with prior arrangement.
• The ground floor, first and second are level throughout.
• All accommodation is on the first and second floors
• Well lit corridors. Landings lit all night.
• Good colour contrast to floor walls and doorways.
• Rooms clearly signed with raised numbers on doors.
• Large bathroom on the first floor. Bath with handrails. All bedrooms are either en-suite or with shower cubicles and wash hand basins.
• All rooms have remote controlled colour televisions, some with teletext. All tea making facilities, some with cordless kettles.
• Assistance dogs welcome.
• Assistance given with luggage if required.
• Special dietary needs catered for by prior arrangement.
• Shop mobility service available in city centre.
• Most mobile phone networks available.
• There is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road where buses to the train station and city centre run approximately every 10 minutes during the day and approximately half hourly at night.
• The nearest train station is approximately 2 miles away and is accessible by bus or taxi.
